Quality Inspector

Description
We are looking for a detail oriented individual to work within our Inspection department.
Preferred candidate will have 2 + years QC experience and a strong eye for detail.
Experience with calipers, plug gauges, comparator and like instruments requested.
It's essential for the candidate to possess a strong drive for exceptional work.
We offer extensive training on our products.
• Job Type: Full-time.
• Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour. Salary commiserates with experience.

Requirements: Reliable transportation - and attention to detail a must!

Education: HS diploma / GED. 2+ yrs. experience in QC.
Candidates must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.

Machinist

Description
We are looking for a manual Machinist who has experience with conventional lathes and vertical milling machines/with Proto Trak controllers and a variety of other machines to perform assigned tasks.
You will maintain / repair tools, punch and dies, jigs and fixtures using both manual and automated equipment.
An ideal candidate must have knowledge of mathematics and mechanics as well as respect for safety precautions.
This candidate must have at least 5 years of manual machining experience and be self-motivated to make and inspect quality parts complete from drawings and specifications.
• Job Type: Full-time.
• Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour. Salary commiserates with experience.

Responsibilities
Strong capability in the set-up and operation of manual machine tools and equipment.
Experience in use of various precision gages, measuring tools and equipment.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints, drawings and engineering specifications
Select appropriate machines for the Job being performed.
Must complete in-process inspection on components being produced.
Monitor machine while working to adjust the feed, maintain temperature and identify issues.
Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects.
Highly motivated, passionate, and with exceptional communications skills.
Perform routine machine maintenance and repair minor damages.

Skills
Experience in using and/or programming manual, semi-automated tools and machines (lathes, vertical milling, machines, grinders etc.).
Ability to use precision tools (e.g. calipers) to take accurate measurements.
Knowledge of the properties of metal and other material.
Good at math with analytical abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of vocational training or an apprenticeship will be an asset.
Program on Proto-Trak mills and perform machine set-ups. Machine set-ups.
Work independently.

Qualifications/Requirements
- High school diploma/GED with a minimum of 3 years of experience in all-around advanced machine tool technology manufacturing;
Or
- Technical Certificate from an accredited educational institution with a minimum of 3 years of experience in all-around advanced machine tool manufacturing;
Or
- Associate degree in a technical-related field from an accredited college with a minimum of 2 years of experience in all around advanced machine tool technology manufacturing.

Production Associate I

Description
We are looking for great team members to work in our production department!
If you have experience soldering and mechanical assembly we would love to talk to you!
GREAT hand/finger dexterity and GREAT eyesight are essential.
• Job Type: Full-time.
• Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour. Salary commiserates with experience.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Performs any combination of following tasks to assemble electronic components, subassemblies, products, or systems: Reads work orders, follows production drawings and sample assemblies, or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
• Use magnifying devices, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment, to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards. Inspect products in real time to
- Work with team members to complete work orders;
- Work on a variety of products and operation steps;
- Assembly of electrical components, soldering.

Qualifications and Skills: Candidates must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.

Production Tech

Description
This position requires electrical knowledge, being familiar with electronic components, and use mechanical technology in order to perform their job duties.
Work closely with engineering and production to ensure the highest quality products and most efficient processes.
Must be able to read and interpret drawing specification to assemble / train production floor.
2 Years experience required.
